Submit a small amount of bacteria overnight culture in 96 well plate or bacteria clonies in petri dish, and we will perform rolling circle amplification (RCA) to generate sufficient dsDNA for sequencing. The turnaround time for RCA is 24 hrs, and for combining RCA and sequencing reaction is 48 hrs.
