1. Prepare LB with antibiotics plus 10% glycerol
2. Add 150ĩl of media to each well of 96 well plates
3. Pick clonies to 96 well plates
4. Cover with a lid and wrap loosely with plastic wrap
5. Incubate plates statically for 16 hours at 37ēC
6. Check the plates. Wells should be slightly cloudy
7. Seal plates with a clear polystyrene heat seal
8. Immediately freeze the plates at -80ēC
9. Ship the frozen plates with dry ice
